While setting out to design a slip-proof, padded-but-not-mushy mat, we were also determined that equipment for yoga, this most soulful of practices, should be environmentally sustainable. Most yoga mats are made with PVC, a petroleum-based plastic-like product that contains toxins and survives in landfills for years Our mat is made with 100% recycled, non-toxic rubber. With the most advanced environmental thinking in mind, we created our mats from a lifecycle approach. They can be recycled and become new mats again and again.
