What are Kiss The Sky mats made of?
All of Kiss The Sky mats are made with recycled natural rubber and contain no PVC or other synthetic materials. Natural rubber is tapped, similar to maple syrup, from the rubber tree, a sustainable, renewable resource. We use natural rubber because it grips better and has more dense cushion than any of the synthetic materials on the market (PVC, PER, TPE, EVA). We take it one step further and recycle pre-consumer manufacturing cuttings and scraps that would otherwise end up in landfills, and our unique binder has been proven to be non-toxic.
Where are Kiss The Sky mats made?
Kiss The Sky mats are made in the United States in compliance with all US environmental, labor, and consumer safety laws.
How do I clean my yoga mat?
Kiss The Sky yoga mats are naturally antimicrobial and easy to clean. For regular mat maintenance and routine cleaning, we recommend wiping your mat down with a damp cloth on a weekly basis. If you have a vigorous practice or are doing hot yoga, we recommend doing so after each use.
If you’re looking for a deeper clean, we’ve found that a simple solution of 3 parts water: 1 part white vinegar works great! Just spray the entirety of your mat on both sides with the mixture, rinse with water, and hang or lay flat to dry (do not put your mat in a dryer or leave in direct sunlight). We’ve found it most comfortable to wash mats in the shower, and then hang them over the shower to dry. You may also use a natural soap or essential oils such as tea tree, but be extra careful to thoroughly rinse the soap or oil out to remove any residue, this will keep the mat from becoming slippery.
Never use alcohol, petroleum-based solvents or other harsh chemicals. We’ve got a mat wash on the horizon, and we’re working on perfecting our formula. ‘Til then the good old water and vinegar combo is your best bet!
What are the standard dimensions of the Kiss The Sky Mats?
Thickness: 3/16” of cushion keeps joints safe without sacrificing connection to the earth through balancing poses.
Size: The Black Oval is 72” x 24” and Black Rectangle is 74" x 24" of sacred space, longer than an average mat, and lighter at 3.7lbs, it fits into your standard yoga mat bag.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, AMEX) and PayPal payments. We do not take personal checks, money orders, direct bank transfers, or cash on delivery.
What if I typed the wrong email address?
Please contact us so we can change your email address. We can change your email address, name, and address but we cannot change your order.
Are there any exchange rates?
All of our transactions are in US Dollars. If your credit card is based in another currency, your order total will be calculated in accordance with the daily exchange rate of the date your card issuer processes the transaction.

Will I be charged with customs and taxes?
The prices displayed on our site are tax-free in US Dollars, which means you may be liable to pay for duties and taxes once you receive your order.

How do I set my shipping address?
Since our website and services are English based, all the information that you type is required to be in English, including punctuations. If certain letters of your address contain Non-English letters, you are advised to use the similar English ones instead. For example, you may change the letter "ñ" to "n."
What carrier do you use?
All U.S. orders ship via UPS and USPS.
What are the shipping times?
Due to high demand, please allow 1-4 days for delivery. If your order hasn’t arrived inside the estimated delivery times, please contact our support team at email@example.com.
When will my order ship?
Orders are usually processed and shipped within 1-2 days of purchase. We do our very best to get the product to you as soon as possible. You should get a tracking number in your email once it ships. What Do I Do If I Have Missing Items In My Order?
If something is still missing, please contact us immediately.
How do I return an item?
If you are not happy with your purchase and wish to return an item, please contact us within 30 days from receiving your order. Please provide your order number as well as the reason for your return. Our customer service team will review the return request and will send further instructions if approved. All returns must be in original condition with packaging intact.
Will shipping be covered for my returns?
All return shipping fees and other miscellaneous fees are the responsibility of the customer.
What if the item(s) I received is defective/incorrect/damaged?
Please contact us within 30 days from receiving your order if you received merchandise that is incorrect, missing, or defective. Please include your order number, photographs of the item(s) and all related references upon receiving your package. We will do our very best to resolve your case as soon as possible.
How long is the returns process?
Processing returns may take up to 14 business days from the day we receive your return. We will email you to confirm once your return has been processed.
When will I receive my refund?
All refunds will be credited to your original form of payment. If you paid by credit or debit card, refunds will be sent to the card-issuing bank within 7-10 business days of receipt of the returned item or cancellation request. Please contact the card-issuing bank with questions about when the credit will be posted to your account.
